Theories: OUAT Edition 1

After this last episode I have a couple of very strong theories about who some people in OUAT are going to be.I just wanted to put it down for posterity. If I'm wrong, kudos to the writers for keeping us guessing. If I'm not, I'm pretty excited.
I'm really thinking that Bae is Peter Pan. The whole land without magic thing is a complication on that one, but the magic bean seemed to lead straight to Neverland and if Bae didn't go somewhere where he wouldn't age, he'd be long dead by now. That's not to say he's still there, although he could be.
I think it's pretty obvious after the preview that Dr. Whale is Dr. Frankenstein, but that one has been predicted for weeks.
As for tonight's episode as a whole....I liked it more than I thought I would. I was excited for Captain Hook, but I wasn't sure where they'd take it. Because I've been around women who feel as trapped as Milah and done research into that kind of thing, I can sympathize with her. And she didn't just abandon her son, she left him with his father. Was it the "right" thing? No. But it was very human. I think Rumple ripping out the heart of the mother of his child and crushing it to dust was one of his worst crimes. I really saw a change in Capt. Hook at that point. Something slightly darker taking hold. He was an arrogant a**hole before, but some of the playfulness, the zest for life went out of him at that point. Then at the meeting with Cora, there was definitely an older air to him. It was subtle, but I think it was intentional. I saw somebody who had been changed by a couple of centuries plotting revenge. The way Milah burst onto the deck and started giving orders showed that she held respect among the crew. She was Hook's partner, not just a bed warmer. I feel like this is one of the more classic/clear cut "villian" plots on the show. Killian Jones died on that deck with Milah and Captain Hook was born.
ETA: I don't think Hook is a stone cold villain now per say. Just that there's an exact moment to point to when it all changed for him. I'm hoping for a dynamic character. He was never a good man, but he wasn't evil either. He could have killed Rumple very easily on the ship before he was the Dark One. What remains to be seen is what lengths he went to after that point. I'm probably most interested in a possible redemption arc for his character though vs the rest of the villains. Regina is a wonderfully played character, but she's done so much evil...born or made, she's still done a lot of things that can't be undone, including cold blooded murder as recently as last season. With Rumpelstiltskin I'm still on the fence because if Belle kissing him started to take away his magic, it means that it is a curse and he may not be acting totally from free will while under its control.
